Our organization is seeking an experienced accounting professional to fill the role of Accounting Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working from home on a night shift with flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities- Review and process vendor invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Maintain accurate vendor accounts, including up-to-date documentation such as payment information and tax forms.
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare and issue necessary tax documents at the end of each calendar year.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax filings.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting tasks is required.
- Proficiency in using Airbase and NetSuite software is preferred.
