Job Description

As a blended account order management professional, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to provide clean and commonly defined account structures. This involves working with customer data to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions.

Additionally, you will be contacting customers to validate service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also utilize tools to resolve non-match account creation requests and work through workflows to define steps and make decisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. They will also be able to multitask and prioritize regularly to manage changing work needs.
