Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Executive & Personal Assistant. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, inboxes, meetings, tasks, travel, and communications.
  • Support business operations, project tracking, client coordination, and capacity planning.
  • Assist with marketing admin tasks such as social media management, content updates, and Canva/brand asset organisation.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, team, and suppliers.
  • Draft emails, attend virtual meetings, and ensure clear and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Australian time zone (Perth), fluent English, and local accent during calls.
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, fast-learning, adaptable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Confident with tools like Office 365, Teams, VOIP, and project software.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing admin tasks, including social media management and content updates.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, contract review, and budgeting tasks.
