Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and qualifying new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Developing strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Recommending ERP solutions based on client requirements.
  • Working closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and drive the sales process forward.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or a sales role.
  • A background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales, especially inside sales or lead gen experience in ERP / HR software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
