Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage our operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who can take ownership of tasks, drive progress, and maintain open communication with the CEO. They should be comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.

This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in project management tools, and experience with automation systems such as Go High-Level (GHL). The successful candidate will be highly resourceful, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot GHL automations, including fixing issues and handling A2P approvals.
  • Utilize Asana for workflow organization, tracking progress, and maintaining team accountability.
  • Create, update, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide daily reporting to the CEO, keeping them informed on project status.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks, propose solutions, and drive projects forward without requiring hand-holding.
  • Maintain a flexible mindset, adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Bring a positive attitude and foster collaboration across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with GHL, including automation troubleshooting and A2P approvals.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with no need for micromanagement.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to hold team members accountable.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow with the company.
