Remote Insurance Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented insurance assistant to join our team. As a remote insurance assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Workflow & Application Tracking: Monitor client applications from submission to approval, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive communication.
  • Lead Intake & CRM Management: Organize and update client records in our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Relationship & Communication Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal teams through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ad Hoc Operational Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including answering incoming calls, managing email tasks, and identifying operational inefficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and its processes.
