We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Coffee Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coffee training, barista instruction, or coffee education.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about coffee and eager to develop their skills. As a Coffee Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, engaging students through hands-on learning experiences, and assisting in the development and refinement of training modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that cover all aspects of coffee from bean to cup.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior trainers to create and implement new training materials.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in coffee training, barista instruction, or coffee education.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, roasting processes, and sensory analysis.
  • Ability to engage students through hands-on learning experiences.
  • Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.
