We're seeking a seasoned software developer to join our engineering team. As a key member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our internal operations and customer-facing platforms through the development and maintenance of NetSuite-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop custom code using SuiteScript to meet product requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Design and build custom NetSuite objects, forms, and user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Create and maintain SuiteBundler/SuiteApp solutions and SuiteFlow workflows that streamline business processes.
  • Implement automated business processes and data validation rules that ensure data integrity.
  • Build integrations between NetSuite and external systems to foster seamless communication.
  • Configure and maintain users, roles, security profiles, and permissions to ensure a secure environment.
  • Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, and data structures to meet evolving business needs.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Support data migrations and system upgrades to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and drive project success.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing to promote a culture of innovation.
  • Support testing efforts to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development with a focus on back-end technologies.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with proficiency in SuiteScript.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools and ability to integrate them into existing systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL, database design, and stored procedures to optimize data management.
  • Experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server to support database administration.
  • Understanding of ERP business processes to drive efficient operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with stakeholders.
