We're seeking an accomplished NetSuite Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you'll collaborate with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to implement our enterprise applications product roadmap. You'll analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and find innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include documenting processes, configuring systems, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.

To excel in this position, you'll need a strong understanding of business processes and methodologies, as well as analytical and data modeling skills. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical parties is essential.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external technology teams to define system requirements and solutions.
• Participate in systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
• Provide technical solutions to business for problems related to Finance Enterprise applications.

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
• Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present them to stakeholders.
• Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
• Work with various teams to resolve Finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go live with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, reviewing, and evaluating new functionality.
• Support delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities through partnership with IT and Business.
• Lead data management and migration activities.
• Ensure training and timely communications in accordance with project timelines.
• Engage in areas such as Security, Compliance (SOX), Reporting, Production, and participate in change management support to ensure projects meet business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
• Strong understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.
• Experience in Javascript or other programming languages.
• Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
• Building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
• Documenting complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
• Customer-centricity and interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
• Self-starter able to handle ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
• Effective communication (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
