We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and enhancing retention within the automotive sector. They will work closely with dealership service advisors and fellow BDC teams to facilitate efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to arrange service appointments and follow-ups.
- Initiating proactive outreach for service reminders, recalls, and recovering missed appointments.
- Delivering precise information regarding vehicle maintenance, warranties, pricing estimates, and recall notifications.
- Performing post-service follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recording interactions in CRM and scheduling systems, ensuring that all records are thorough and current.
- 1–2 years of experience in BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive service roles.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with empathy and patience.
