About the Role

Do you enjoy talking to people and building connections? At Pinnacle Intelligence, we're hiring BDC Sales Representatives who can speak confidently like an American and help U.S. customers with their automotive needs.

This is not a hard-sale role. Your focus will be on creating a positive customer experience, understanding customer needs, and setting appointments for U.S. dealership sales teams.

What You'll Do
  • Connect with U.S. automotive customers through inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Build rapport, listen actively, and provide the right information about vehicles and services.
  • Qualify leads and set confirmed appointments for dealership sales teams.
  • Document customer details and interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Represent our clients with professionalism and great customer service.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (BPO/Call Center/Customer Service/Inside Sales).
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
  • Strong customer service mindset — loves helping people and solving problems.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
