About Our BDC Service Representative Role

Become a valuable member of our team as a BDC Service Representative and make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. If you have 1–2 years of experience in BDC or customer service, you'll be instrumental in scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and enhancing retention within the automotive sector.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate who can provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth service appointment experience. Your role will encompass managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to arrange service appointments and follow-ups.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong understanding of customer service practices.
  • Initiate proactive outreach for service reminders, recalls, and recovering missed appointments.
  • Deliver precise information regarding vehicle maintenance, warranties, pricing estimates, and recall notifications.
  • Perform post-service follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record interactions in CRM and scheduling systems, ensuring that all records are thorough and current.
  • Work closely with dealership service advisors and fellow BDC teams to facilitate efficient service operations.
Requirements
  • Experience with CRM and scheduling systems is required.
  • You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.
  • A basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is preferred.
