Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development, and be capable of effectively facilitating meetings and developing detail-oriented project plans.

In this role, you will lead and manage direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry, with familiarity with call center financials. You will also have experience with client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and formal presentation delivery.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project execution through the application of functional methodology and global process, identifying and mitigating risks, escalating and change management, and communicating and documenting key program requirements and status to clients and internal team members.

Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience leading the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development
  • Experience leading and managing direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials
  • Experience with client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and formal presentation delivery
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP)
