Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level project manager to lead the delivery of complex projects.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, with experience in overseeing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans that meet business objectives.
  • You will have expertise in project management methodologies and tools, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Candidates must have a degree or equivalent relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in project management roles leading global projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable, along with operational/workforce management experience within the BPO/call center industry.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills are essential, as is the ability to provide guidance and support to project teams.
  • Familiarity with project management software and applications is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide clear project status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues promptly where necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
