Programmatic Advertising Coordinator

This role is responsible for the setup, execution, and day-to-day operations of programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, and social. The goal is to optimize and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with campaign kickoff documents creation
  • Coordinate team and vendor meetings
  • Own data entry accuracy in internal campaign tracking systems
  • Maintain financial calculations proficiency
  • Complete basic training in relevant demand-side platform (DSP) and/or social platform marketing directors (PMD) platforms, based on campaign assignment
  • Learn DSP capabilities and distinguishing features via demos, materials, and independent research
  • Assist senior team members with building campaign shells in relevant platforms
  • Execute programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms for an assigned set of client accounts
  • Monitor daily campaign block rates, viewability, and discrepancies
  • Pull pacing reporting and monitor daily campaign delivery metrics
  • Identify potential performance/technical issues and escalate to appropriate team members
  • Implement optimization adjustments within DSP consoles per direction of senior team members

Programmatic advertising coordinators work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaign executions.
