Job Title:

Category Management Specialist

Overview:

This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive category growth across international markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage overseas seller performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance their competitiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze seller performance data to inform category-level decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute category growth plans.
  • Optimize resource allocation by coordinating with local and cross-border teams.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, provide support, and escalate operational issues as needed.
  • Perform data-driven analyses to identify areas for improvement within assigned categories.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Business acumen and the ability to understand growth and profitability drivers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
