  • Effectively manage and resolve desktop/laptop issues, mobile device setup, email configuration, and printer issues
  • Configure and deploy new Windows devices using Autopilot and Intune policies for streamlined operations
  • Provision/deprovision user accounts with precision and accuracy ensuring minimal downtime
  • Support end-users on varied technical matters with professionalism and poise
  • Install and configure essential business applications and tools enhancing productivity

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer service aptitude under pressure, and excellent documentation and organizational abilities. Previous experience with device provisioning and user account administration is highly beneficial.
