Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Operations

Location: Quezon City

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Work Shift: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule

Level: Mid–Senior Level

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Cybersecurity Leader to join our Cybersecurity Operations Team. This role is critical in safeguarding our organization's systems and data while leading a dynamic team of cybersecurity professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals ensuring 24/7 SOC operations.
  • Oversee incident detection, response, and remediation activities.
  • Develop training programs to enhance SOC capabilities and conduct performance reviews.
  • Collaborate across global teams to manage and mitigate security incidents.
  • Manage and optimize SOC tools, technologies, and security monitoring systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOC policies, playbooks, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
  • Perform incident response, triage, forensic analysis, and threat intelligence research.
  • Provide regular metrics and reporting on cybersecurity operations and improvements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6–10 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity.
  • 3+ years of experience in people leadership / team management.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM, PIM, Content Filtering, and Firewalls.
  • Experience with network security, firewall security, and web application firewalls/proxies.
  • Preferably with BPO industry experience.

Desired:

  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Cloud Security (GCLD, Cloud+, CCSK).
  • Experience with forensic analysis, threat intelligence, and advanced cybersecurity tools.
  • In-depth understanding of NIST SP 800-61, SOC 2, and security frameworks.
