Ecommerce Growth Manager Role

We are looking for a talented Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in ecommerce and experience in developing accurate forecasts. Your expertise should cover the full spectrum of Strategic Forecasting methods and foundational principles of media acquisition. You will be responsible for leading the development of growth strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and transforming projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients.

In this role, you will not only deliver measurable business outcomes but also serve as a proactive partner in client success. You will maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions us as a strategic leader in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that drive client success

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce growth and strategic forecasting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
