Job Details

This role encompasses the processing and validation of invoices, along with handling queries, reconciliations, and solution proposals for vendors' accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and validate invoices ensuring proper authorization and matching;
  • Handle queries, reconcile accounts, and propose solutions to problems with vendors' accounts;
  • Responsible for monthly AP closing activities, including accruals, cut-off incident checking, AP SL aging, and review;
  • Assist in audit requirements and schedules, including financial, SOX, etc.
  • Identify significant recurring A/P issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution;
  • Responsible for company-initiated or corporate-requested A/P clean-up projects;
  • Support other AP-related tasks, activities, and projects;
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field. Additionally, 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Process is required. Oracle knowledge is an advantage. Familiarity with Windows applications, including Word, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc., is also essential.

Candidates must exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work independently or in a team environment, demonstrating great organizational and time management skills.
