Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to manage our company's financial transactions, ensure accuracy in accounting records, and provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting functions for real estate properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Utilize accounting software to manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial data.
- Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Accounting.
- Extensive hands-on experience with accounting software (required).
- Strong skills in financial analysis and budgeting.
- In-depth understanding of financial workflows, including rent collection, owner payouts, and property expense tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
