Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document findings to efficiently resolve partner issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide accurate information to partners
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to business strategy development
  • Mentor junior team members and conduct regular queue reviews
  • Elevate trending issues and potential software defects to leadership and development
  • Serve as an escalation point for intricate problems
  • Author internal and external knowledge base articles
  • Escalate urgent situations to relevant teams
