ServiceNow Technical Specialist Role

This position involves delivering technical solutions with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow project delivery, emphasizing value articulation.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, integrating best practices and client requirements gathered through technical workshops.

Key Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product.
  • Sales and presales accreditation in two or more ServiceNow product lines.
  • ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
Nice to Have
  • Additional ServiceNow Certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation Certified.
Essential Experience
  • Demonstrated success in high-quality ServiceNow development and documentation.
  • Experience leading workshops and guiding team efforts across multiple ServiceNow product lines.
  • Insight into ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and future roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
