Talent Acquisition Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team. As a member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing applicants, screening resumes and candidates, facilitating quality interviews, negotiating salary and hiring requirements, attending job fairs and hiring events, generating reports for leadership and stakeholders, tracking staffing information, communicating effectively with candidates, managing background and reference checks, and conducting and facilitating onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified applicants and finding the best candidates for open positions
  • Screening resumes and candidates through email, phone calls, and online platforms
  • Facilitating high-quality interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders
  • Attending job fairs and hiring events to promote the company and attract top talent
  • Generating reports for leadership and stakeholders on recruitment progress and results
  • Tracking staffing information and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Managing background and reference checks to ensure candidate integrity
  • Conducting and facilitating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
  • Ability to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed
