Who You Are:

• At least 0-6 months of work or internship experience, preferably in business, finance, customer success/support, recruiting, sourcing, or related fields at a recruiting agency, in-house recruiting, BPO, or consulting firm.
• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with strong academic performance.
• Highly motivated, success-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Ability to work US EST hours.
• Interest in consulting, professional services, sales, and recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Positive presentation skills for representing our company to experts.
• Effective time-management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Decide on expert selection, understanding client needs, conducting industry research, formulating sourcing strategies, and delivering qualified experts to influence client research.
• Engage in diverse projects, gaining insights into new markets and sectors.
• Manage entire project scopes, including research, expert identification, network searching, and client communication.
• Develop screening criteria and sourcing strategies based on client briefs.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment impacting business operations.
• Negotiate and settle expert consultation rates.
• Collaborate as part of a team to assist clients by recruiting industry executives, building trust, and delivering quality results.
• Handle expert consultation arrangements and scheduling via tools like LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Manage communication and end-to-end project execution with international clients and experts.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Average total monthly compensation: PHP 39,500+ (Basic PHP 25,909 + Night Differential PHP 2,590 + Performance Bonus PHP 11,000, uncapped).
