Role Summary

This is a key role within the organization that focuses on driving business growth through paid campaigns. The Performance Marketing Assistant will work closely with various marketing platforms to set up and monitor campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with the team to achieve campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and track paid campaigns across multiple channels to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage creative assets, ad copy, and make updates as necessary to drive results
  • Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance to inform data-driven decisions
  • Compile weekly and monthly campaign reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize campaigns
  • Maintain trackers and campaign documentation to facilitate seamless communication between teams
  • Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Stay current with industry developments and platform updates to implement best practices
  • Support testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding to maximize ROI
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and concepts
  • Ability to work comfortably with data and spreadsheets to analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager to manage and optimize campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with the team and stakeholders
  • Capacity to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
