Job Title

We are seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position that involves managing paid acquisition channels and developing digital growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing ads on various platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Tik Tok.
  • Creating accounts in related platforms, analysing targeted users, optimising ads contents, improving overall ROI, etc.
  • Working closely with designers to develop ads content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for overseas users.
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing proper digital growth strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitors.
  • Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network and influencer-driven growth among various diaspora communities.
  • Developing and managing B2B partnership networks to drive online growth.
  • Managing Public Relations to drive growth among diaspora communities with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid ads channels.
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing roles for international platforms.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is desirable.
