Join our customer service team and take on the role of Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient claim processing.
Responsibilities- Review, assess, and process claims within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding claims status and policy coverage with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed accurately in our system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to company guidelines and local regulations to ensure claims are handled fairly and ethically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
