Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy: Create and implement a data-driven approach to drive business growth through digital channels.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing decisions.
  • Set KPIs, track results, and iterate rapidly: Monitor and optimize marketing performance to maximize ROI.
  • Present ideas and plans confidently: Effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor additional marketing hires: Develop and grow a high-performing marketing team.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns: Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage high-converting landing pages: Design and deploy engaging content to capture leads and drive conversions.
  • Optimise conversion rates: Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of the sales funnel.

Content Creation & Management
  • Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality content: Develop and produce engaging written and visual content across multiple channels.
  • Manage and repurpose content: Ensure consistency and maximum reach across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal or freelance creatives: Work with designers and writers to deliver high-quality content.

Campaign Execution & Management
  • Run paid ad campaigns from start to finish: Plan, create, and execute paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars: Coordinate content deployment across various channels.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve: Regularly assess campaign success and make data-driven adjustments.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs: Track and analyse key metrics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to drive business growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports: Communicate marketing performance and opportunities to stakeholders.
