Job Title: Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant, where you will be responsible for helping clients maximize the potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and business success. You will excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

• Business Analysis: Conduct reviews of existing processes, systems, and documentation.">
• Use Case Identification: Identify different use cases and create test scripts specific to captured user requirements.">
• Solution Design Contribution: Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architects and other team members.">
• Requirement Mapping: Map requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximizing standard features.">
• Implementation Lead: Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.">
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize systems in line with solution design and best practices.">
• User Training: Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.">
• Automated Marketing Campaign Development: Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.">
• Data Gathering: Perform data gathering to define and document business requirements and collaborate with the Solution Lead Designer to map solutions per requirement.">
• Project Estimation: Provide input to project estimates specific to declarative parts of system design.">
• Use Case Identification (Repeat): Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.">
• Implementation Management: Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.">
• System Configuration and Groundwork: Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an Architect or Lead Designer.">
• Advice and Suggestions: Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design.">
• Testing, Training, and Documentation Participation: Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.">
• Hypercare Support: Participate in hypercare support to provide assistance to end-users.">
• Industry Trends and Feature Updates: Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.">

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.">
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required, including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Administrator.">
• Marketing Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.">
• Background: Ideally someone with a background in either Salesforce administration, technical business analysis, or traditional Salesforce functional consulting.">
• Skills: Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; tenacious, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated.">
• Understanding: Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions; strong data analysis skills required.">
