
Sales and Administrative Support Professional

This role is focused on making outbound calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments, and qualifying leads. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience in real estate sales/appointment setting, and proficiency with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls using provided scripts and CRM system
- Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication
- Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships
- Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information
- Post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates
- Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system
- Focus on outbound calls and appointment setting
- Limited social media posting (1-2 times per week)
- No inbound call handling required
- All work performed through client's CRM and systems
- Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone
- Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting
- Ability to handle objections and qualify leads
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Experience with social media posting and scheduling (content ready)
- Professional and pleasant personality
- Ability to work independently and follow processes
