Dental Claims Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill this position. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients while upholding quality and integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up status of outstanding insurance claims, ensuring all follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
  • Manage claim processing, including sending out claims and attachments to insurance companies.
  • Determine denial validity and address them accordingly.
  • Generate OI reports and ensure monthly completion.
  • Handle claim resubmission and reprocessing, including grievance and appeals.
  • Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis.
  • Update the office tracker with all payments posted and rejected claims addressed.
  • Complete assigned follow-ups and generate EFT reports for posting.
  • Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals and post payments according to preference.
  • Communicate any insurance process updates or issues with the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong command of verbal and written English and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on collections experience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as this is a remote position.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
