Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Insurance Support Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our insurance specialists across domestic and commercial lines.

You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of claims, ensuring accurate data entry, CRM management, and communicating with insurers to deliver excellent outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client and administrative support to ensure seamless quality service.
  • Accurately process policy changes, including new business, renewals, cancellations, etc.
  • Manage Monthly Statement process in accordance with Credit Control procedures.
  • Assist with renewal processes in accordance with Renewal process procedures.
  • Ensure all cancellation notices receive urgent attention and no client policy remains current after the insurer's cancellation date.
  • Understand client connections and promote yourself as the key contact in their absence.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Have an overview of client claims, provide support and assistance when necessary to ensure the claim progresses satisfactorily.
  • Support the smooth running of the office – answer phones, assist with administrative/reception tasks, and help other staff as required/requested.
  • Comply with company standards, processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Adhere to the obligations required of a Financial Service Provider.
  • Administrative support for insurance software platforms.
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years AU insurance broking support experience.
  • Experience with multiple AU general insurance lines.
  • Experience with insurance software/tools.
  • A Tier 2 qualification is preferred; successful candidates without it will be provided with comprehensive support, including fully funded training, to obtain the certification.
  • Computer literate – confident user of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
