
Compensation Specialist

The role of a Compensation Analyst is to develop and maintain bonus and commission programs. This involves owning data, processes, and controls that ensure accuracy, supporting monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments. The Compensation Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook.
- Overseeing and managing the end-to-end company-wide compensation process.
- Preparing and submitting monthly incentives and bonus calculation files.
- Maintaining sensitive and confidential information securely.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or finance-related roles.
- Ability to create complex spreadsheets and data visualizations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
