Job Overview

As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional, you will play a key role in helping drive business growth by providing strategic financial insights to inform decision-making. We are seeking an analytical and collaborative individual with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that accurately reflect the company's financial performance and future outlook.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform better decision-making and scenario planning, ensuring the company remains agile and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis requests, presenting data-driven insights and visualizations to stakeholders.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with proven collaboration and communication abilities.
