Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

NAIS CORP is seeking a professional and organized Business Development Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of the practice, assist with client onboarding, support workflow management, and ensure office systems are organized and effective.

  • This role will involve managing client enquiries, assisting with client documentation and compliance requirements, maintaining client records and files using cloud-based systems, and preparing correspondence and reports.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (accounting or professional services preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Xero Practice Manager and/or Suite Files (highly regarded, but not essential – training provided).
  • Understanding of ASIC (Now Infinity) and ATO compliance processes will be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable learning and using cloud-based software.
