
Senior Business Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Account Manager to join our team.
- Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, managing all incoming and outgoing information flow.
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Track, manage, and maintain accurate records of ongoing projects and workloads, including key details, interactions, decisions, policies, and processes with clients.
- Oversee 3rd party and internal documents, discussions, and workloads, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide assistance during preparation of integration, project issue, revenue, and other relevant reports, coordinating with concerned 3rd parties.
- Be the first point of escalation for issues with 3rd parties, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and coordinated with internal teams and management.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of similar work experience, preferably handling B2B clients ensuring compliance.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, AB Communications, or related fields.
- Excellent business acumen, demonstrating a deep understanding of business operations, financial literacy, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities across various domains.
- Excellent formal written and verbal communication skills, proficient in crafting formal correspondences and communicating effectively with assigned B2B accounts and individuals at all levels.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously, coordinate meetings, and produce meticulous documentation while adhering to government policies.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and other essential productivity tools.
