We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Accounts Managers in managing client accounts, executing brand strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Support the Accounts Manager in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams.
- Help coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Conduct and document market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies for both clients and the company.
- Support in managing clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels.
- Help ensure compliance with clients' standards, practices, and brand guidelines.
- Track progress of campaigns and projects, and flag potential issues to the Accounts Manager.
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation for client accounts.
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management.
- Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
