Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee compliance with regulations, brand requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement programs and initiatives while maintaining adherence to all applicable regulations.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing necessary reports, coordinating team deliverables, and providing regular updates on the status of tasks. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert on internal policy, brand circulars, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance-related tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion or compliance with set deadlines.
  • Prepare requirements and collaborate with cross-functional units for new bulletins, internal audits, regulatory audits, and other initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on the status of deliverables.
  • Develop and launch card acquisition, early engagement, and retention programs to drive card application and activation within approved parameters.
  • Conduct training sessions among sales and acquisition channels to boost compliance, process, or product knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in marketing or business-related fields.
  • At least five years of managerial or supervisory experience in compliance, sales, or brand management, preferably in consumer products and services.
