Job Title: Compliance Officer

Compliance Officer Job Description:

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that suppliers adhere to company policies and regulations.

Accountabilities:
  • Guide suppliers through the due diligence process, including completing and submitting required forms.
  • Review sanctions reports and conduct risk assessments.
  • Evaluate completed Code of Conduct forms, Vendor Assessments, and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
  • Obtain D&B SSI scores and review Risk Assessment summaries.
  • Closing out assessments and tracking in-progress Due Diligences.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Procurement skills, basic understanding of procurement matters such as supplier onboarding/vetting, simple negotiations, purchase requisitions/purchase orders, and finance systems literate.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
