Digital Retention Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
This role focuses on the tactical and operational aspects of campaign execution, working closely with the creative team to develop and implement retention marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality, engaging emails that deliver strong results.
- Develop and execute optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance and improve customer loyalty.
- Conduct quality checks on campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables and meet customer expectations.
- Work with the Client Strategist to create client presentations showcasing campaign insights and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Ability to execute email and SMS campaigns efficiently and effectively.
