Marketing Campaign Manager Role

As a seasoned Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. You will analyze market trends, optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, and work on email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and create effective customer segments.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field such as communications or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing paid media campaigns with measurable results, including improved ROAS and increased conversions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
