Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage with audiences visiting obituary content. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted email campaigns.

  • Design and execute high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Drive the creation and execution of A/B tests across various channels to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop compelling messaging that communicates the value proposition of products while being sensitive to the emotions of the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to enhance email capture rates and optimize conversion flows.

You will need strong experience in building and launching high-volume email campaigns from scratch, with a focus on empathy and conversion. You should have proven experience across a variety of email marketing and automation platforms, as well as demonstrated ability in making strategic recommendations for platform optimization.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Your goal is to create cohesive and effective campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Required Skills:

Experience with Email Marketing Automation Platforms

Proven experience with email marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp or Marketo.

Expertise in Data Analysis and Interpretation

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
