Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn. The candidate should be able to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be proactive, innovative, and passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize digital ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency or company.
  • A strong understanding and passion for digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how it is used.
  • Able to develop and implement paid strategies for clients across multiple industries that will result in a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Great communication skills for team interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to recommend strategies that will generate a positive ROI.
