Job Description

The Training and Executive Operations Manager serves as the operational anchor of a high-performing Executive Partner team, ensuring seamless client delivery and exceptional service standards.

  • Client Delivery & Success

  • Oversight of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management, is a key responsibility.

  • Monitoring Executive Partner performance and operational KPIs drives results.

  • Client feedback analysis enables anticipation of needs and drives continuous improvement.

  • The voice of the client internally ensures alignment between expectations and delivery outcomes.

  • Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a remote team of Executive Partners fosters growth and success.

  • Comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires contribute to faster EP ramp-up and delivery.

  • Actionable coaching, performance feedback, and accountability raise the bar across the team.

  • Conflict resolution skills help manage client escalations diplomatically.

  • Operational Systems & Process Optimization

  • BUILDING INTERNAL SOPs, playbooks, and workflows that scale operations efficiently drives results.

  • Cross-functional partnerships with Training, Partnerships, and the CEO streamline processes and strengthen operational alignment.

  • Maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and automation drive visibility, accountability, and data-informed decisions.

  • Escalation Management & Strategic Problem Solving

  • Acting as the primary escalation point for client or operational issues resolves challenges swiftly and professionally.

  • Proactive risk management and expectation setting embeds a culture of prevention over reaction.

  • This elevates the team's maturity and resilience under pressure.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in EA, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience mentoring or managing professionals in a team leadership capacity.
  • Proven stakeholder or client-facing communication experience.
  • Tech-fluency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Hubspot, and Outlook.
  • Autonomous, self-managed, work style.
  • Ability to align with MENA hours and flexibility for urgent needs.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Async, remote team environment experience.
  • Thrives in change, chaos, and shifting priorities, showcasing operational agility.
  • Understands executive expectations and high standards, demonstrating client maturity.
  • Proficient with tools like Notion, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
  • Cross-timezone fluency and strong documentation culture.
