Reporting Manager Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Manager to lead our reporting operations and manage a data team. This is a senior-level role critical to driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional data initiatives, maintain executive dashboards, and ensure the accuracy and strategic value of all business intelligence reporting.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage both data and people with clarity and confidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a data leadership or reporting management role
  • Proven experience managing data teams and presenting to executive leadership
  • Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, modeling, and dashboard design
  • Strong SQL capabilities including joins, stored procedures, and query optimization
  • Proficiency in Excel including Power Query, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
  • Background in performance analytics, KPI reporting, and dashboard implementation
  • Experience setting up and managing data governance frameworks
