Subject Matter Expert Job Description

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for creating and facilitating Huddle Sessions to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Empower Staff: Facilitate Huddle Sessions to equip staff with essential skills and knowledge.
  2. Monitor Performance: Provide real-time feedback to Associates to help them improve their performance.
  3. Strengthen Relationships: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  4. Lead by Example: Demonstrate leadership skills; take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience and first-hand knowledge supporting online gaming, online betting/casino environment as a customer service line of business.
  • Excellent Data Mining skills.
  • Ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Internal Requirements:

  • Must have FY24 PDP score of Exceed Most or Clearly Exceeds.
  • Tenure of at least 18 months.
  • No Active NDA.
