Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive process excellence strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable financial and operational benefits through process improvement initiatives.

  • Personally lead and mentor critical transformation projects, recruiting, training, and developing a world-class team of process improvement professionals.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the Process Excellence team and its business partners.

  • Define and implement a robust set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor process health and track the impact of improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role.

  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is mandatory.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation projects with documented, significant financial results.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in a variety of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma/DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, etc.).

  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; proficient with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).
