Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the structuring and execution of innovative financial products, including preparation of legal documents, term sheets, and investor presentations.
  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment throughout the transaction process.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation, due diligence processes, and closing logistics for financial products.
  • Contribute to the design and operationalisation of broader innovative finance offerings beyond bonds, including blended finance structures and social impact products.
  • Provide technical support for impact-linked frameworks, including alignment with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, law, economics, public policy, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, legal advisory, development finance, or capital markets, with exposure to debt structuring or transaction execution
  • Familiarity with transaction legal documentation, regulatory processes, and/or structuring mechanics
  • Prior experience in sustainability, gender finance, or ESG-linked instruments is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; precision in documentation is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones in a high-accountability environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong financial modelling experience
