Job Opportunity for a Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team in providing exceptional service to clients. As a bookkeeper, you will play a central role in supporting Senior Staff Accountants and managing multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry, maintaining attention to detail, and utilizing expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Experience with QBO Rockstar or ProAdvisors is preferred.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
